Welcome to Unveily. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Unveily provides AI visibility diagnostic reports that test whether your business appears in responses from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Chat. We analyze your website's technical SEO factors and provide actionable recommendations.

2. Account and Payment

You may create an account to access your diagnostic reports and purchase additional report credits. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits never expire and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if your diagnostic doesn't reveal actionable insights, contact us for a full refund.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Unveily only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our service
• Use automated systems to generate excessive diagnostic requests
• Share or resell diagnostic reports without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Diagnostic reports are based on live queries to AI platforms and technical analysis of your website. Results reflect current AI platform behaviors, which may change over time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Unveily are owned by WAYF and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

Unveily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI platform responses
• Improvements to your AI visibility following our recommendations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

AI platforms independently determine their response content. We provide analysis and recommendations but cannot control AI platform behaviors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAYF and Unveily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Unveily after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
